SPICE ESTATE & RAINFOREST

Tour the west coast of Grenada, with stops at the Concord Falls, a spice factory, and
authentic nutmeg processing plant. Then onto the rain forest and an excursion to the
Annandale Waterfall.

CONCORD FALLS

The firstphase of these famous falls is near the road and very popular with swimmers.
Adventurous hikers must then cross a foot path of slippery rocks on a 45-minute trek to the
second phase. The third phase, Fontainbleu Falls, is the most challenging of the hikes – a 3
hour strenuous round trip.

GRAND ETANG NATIONAL PARK

A breathtaking rainforest and bird santuary, offering amazing views and natural scenery.
“Don’t Miss” sights include the 13-acre Grand Etang Lake set in the crater of a volcano with
its crystalline waters, and the mona monkeys who line the shore.

CARNIVAL

Grenada’s four-day festival happens in early August, when Calypso music, steel bands, and
“jump-up” parades take over the streets.
