I am currently planning a vacation trip with my boyfriend to Guyana in a few months and we are looking for a hotel that is close to the city near restaurants, shopping centers etc. Can someone tell us where to stay in Guyana?
Also, my boyfriend and I are not picky eaters, we love to eat. Does anyone know of any affordable restaurants in the Georgetown area of Guyana that we should consider trying that serves international food?
This will be our first time in Guyana and we are looking forward to it.

Take a drive or walk with your boyfriend then head down Camp and Regent Streets, near the City Mall next to Robbe Street.
There is a great restaurant called M&M Snackette and Fast Food Restaurant that cooks delicious tasty dishes at cheap prices.

There are a few hotels located in Guyana, all of them are equipped with great amenities. You and your boyfriend should make arrangements to stay at the Sleepin International Hotel.
My family and I stayed at the Sleepin Hotel, the service was wonderful and what I liked about this hotel, it had easy access to the malls, restaurants, bars, clubs and other activities. Apart from staying at a hotel including renting out apartments in Georgetown, Guyana, my most favorite thing to do in order to save money is to stay at a local friends place, which is a very smart choice!
