I’ll be traveling along with my mother in-law, and it is something I think she might really enjoy. We are leaving for Bonaire in March.

We would like to know where can we find cell phone rentals at very low prices?

Should I bring a cell phone and have it activated there?

Any suggestions about cell phone service to the United States or local calling card being able to call back to the US?
