What’s the best time to travel to Puerto Rico?

I’ll be flying out to San Juan next year. Can anyone tell me when is the best time to go to Puerto Roco?
Should I schedule my travel arrangements in late May or in the middle of June, I can not decide?
Any advice and suggestions would be helpful!
